Terms And Conditions
• All prices for the appropriate goods include VAT at the standard rate. Postage & packing is an additional cost as detailed during the checkout stage of the order process.
• All items are subject to availability and there may be a delay in dispatching your order if any item is out of stock.
• Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days. However, you will be notified and given the opportunity to amend or cancel your order if actual dispatch date exceeds that period.
• We reserve the right to review the price of any item. If any item you have ordered is subject to a price change, we will notify you prior to dispatch.
• Your credit card will be debited upon submission of your order.
• Certain items may only be dispatched to addresses within the UK. (e.g. perishable items, such as food). If your order contravenes the relevant legislation, we will give you the opportunity to either cancel or modify your order.
• All orders are packaged securely and therefore we would not normally accept responsibility for damage in transit. However, in the event of any problem experienced upon receipt, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt and we will endeavour to reach an acceptable solution.
• If you are not satisfied with the goods during the 28 day period following the receipt of your goods, you may return the items to us. We will refund the cost of the goods, or exchange for another product. However, a refund will only be made if the goods returned are faulty, unused and in an undamaged condition.
